Casual Ladies Program

  1. Circuit training class on Saturdays at 11:00am
  2. Full use of the gym facilities Monday through Saturday including: weight gym, cardio equipment, bags, pads, Thai boxing ring and fitness equipment
  3. No fixed term program
  4. Pre-training requirements= None
  5.  Only $12.50* weekly, $15.00* for 2 casual classes per week, members on regular programs are FREE
        * plus billing

Casual Male/Female Program

  1. Thai boxing Drilling/Sparring class on Fridays at 6pm
  2. Full use of the gym facilities Monday through Saturday including: weight gym, cardio equipment, bags, pads, Thai boxing ring and fitness equipment
  3. No fixed term program
  4. Pre-training requirements= Thai boxing orange patch
  5.  Only $12.50* weekly, $15.00* for 2 casual classes per week, members on regular programs are FREE
        * plus billing

Casual Fight Fitness Class

    1.  Circuit training class on Saturdays at 11.30pm with emphasis on fight fitness and conditioning
    2.  Full use of the gym facilities Monday through Saturday including: weight gym, cardio equipment, bags, pads, Thai boxing ring and fitness equipment
    3.  No fixed term program
    4.  Pre-training requirements= Currently doing Martial Arts
    5. Only $12.50* weekly
          * plus billing

    If you are training Muay Thai and/or Mixed Martial arts with us and are finding it hard to get to required classes for your system, or if you are a  former member whose career and family commitments are preventing you from training, we have our casual class membership where you can work out with others just like you.

    If you've completed a system up to orange belt or patch level in Mixed Martial Arts or Muay Thai respectively then you are eligible.

    Just consider for a moment the benefits:

    • The huge health benefits that regular exercise affords, martial arts training has been shown to be one of the most beneficial pastimes for good health.

    • One of the greatest contributions that martial arts training can provide is that of improving self confidence and self esteem, adding a sense of personal value to your life.

    This is a workout class, with minimal tuition, just training in what you've already learned so that you can still maintain those skills that you've spent hours learning and developing. In addition you get the full use of the facilities when you just want to come in and just bang a bag, have a roll on the mats or lift some weights.

    So no more excuses!
